Step 3, remove old water pump Step 4, Get new water pump, add seal and a thin layer of oil to the seal Step 4, whack it back on, and torque to spec Sorted! Ok, now onto the manual tensioner installation Step 1, add the big washer and mount post, torque to spec Step 2, add the timing belt tensioner locator stud, torque to spec Step 3, add the upper spring mount stud, tensioner bearing and outer spring.

Bolt on the locator plate and torque to spec. These parts are reused from the old setup Add timing belt and voila job done!

Theres a lot more to it than what i have written here, and its not really an amateur back yard job you can do on a saturday arvo. You need specialist tools like a cam gear lock, so when you set your cam gears to TDC when changing the belt they dont rotate. You can do it without the engine out lol!
