This is a new product that we have introduced to our range and only available from NRP. If you find clip-ons are uncomfortable, this is the answer. Just fit Norton flat bars for a more comfortable ride. The yoke and risers are machined from billet aluminium on CNC machinary to a tolerance of 2 microns and come highly polished.
The yoke has ample material around the riser cap head bolts, which is necessary to give maximum support for the aluminium risers. This is a cast, polished alloy Norton bottom yoke, and comes with pinch bolts and bottom bearing shim. This bottom yoke can be used with either the Manx drop head or Norton flat top, top yokes.

We have been requested to offer this product by customers, so we have decided to manufacture these and add them to our product range. These cup holders are fitted over the stantion between the stainless external springs and the bottom yoke, allowing the spring to sit inside the rebate and act as a finisher to further enhance the forks.

Girling shocks are supplied with an extensive universal bush kit using modern durable polyurethane bushings, with push-in anodised alloy sleeves. A chain relief has been added as standard. The guard comes plain and will need to be drilled to fit in the desired position.
This Mudguard will work nicely with a or tyre. Stainless fastener kits are available and come with button head bolts, plain washers, rubber washers and nyloc dome nuts, these are extra and not included in the price. Two mounting brackets are included for mounting a battery box or any electrical components. The loop is designed to work with our Manx mudguards and rear mudguard bolt fitting kit NRP shown below.
A Manx butterfly mudguard bracket has been bronze welded to the loop for mounting the rear mudguard. The ends of the tube are capped off to prevent any ingress of moisture. This slimline loop is the same spec as the one above NRP , but in raw steel. All fasteners on the battery box and for mounting to the loop are stainless steel. Ideal for mounting a voltage regulator, rectifier and ignition module etc. Battery box comes with stainless fasteners.
It comes ready to fit directly to your frame. When used with our seat units or a fibreglass seat unit, the tubes disappear under the seat giving the impression that it is part of the frame. No welding needed, powder coated loops can be bonded into your frame rails with Super Steel that comes with the loop. All our loops come with fitting instructions. This new and improved bolt kit has been assembled to allow easy fitting of the rear mudguard. This stainless steel kit will work with our alloy and fibreglass mudguards, and will give a pleasing aesthetic finish whilst isolating the guard from vibration.
If you need any parts for your hubs, please state the plate letter followed by the number of the part as shown on the drawing. For example, if you require a nut for the rear wheel spindle, list it as G Plated steel. Open double row bearing for drum brake hubs. To be fitted on the brake side of the drum. Sealed Deep Groove single row bearing for drum brake hubs. To be fitted on the plain side of the drum. This unit comes complete with brake shoes and stiffening kit ready to fit to your existing 8" hub.
We can strip the brake plate, metal finish the casting marks and then carry out a three stage polish to improve the appearance before reassembling. The Commando brake plate in its original condition was lacking the "Stiffening Kit" until I think that these would at least change the gearshift to a modern 1 down and 3 up , or am I wrong?
This would also benefit my riding position as I have a Norvil style alloy tank fitted with single seat unit. I made up some rearsets with reversed gearlever years ago for my first Commando as I had Triumphs before that and kept changing the wrong way, with embarrassing consequences!
I utilised pillion pegs so they fold up, keeping the bike narrow when squeezed into my garage with all my other junk. The gearlever had to be bent out a bit to suit but I kept them for my next bike which I still have.
A lot of people find the standard pegs are too far forward for them. Your comments are very interesting ,I will have a look at doing the same. The photos are a real help.
Before you go buying check out what kickstart lever you have as this can limit choice, I have the RGM folding one and had to pick carefully. I ended up copying the NYC rearsets. Its the Norvil reversed gear lever ones that I have been considering.
