Then go to the "start menu" folder and then into the "programs" folder. In here there is a folder called "Startup". This is here in case you want to start a program automatically when the computer starts. For example, if you want itunes to always automatically start when you boot up your computer, then you can put a shortcut for itunes into the "startup" folder and it will do that action.
